3. Your content & our IP
You retain rights to content you submit and grant CalnFlow a license to host and process it as needed to operate the service. CalnFlow branding, software, and materials remain Company property.
4. Disclaimers & liability
Services are provided “as is” to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CalnFlow is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and total liability is limited to the greater of fees you paid us in the prior 12 months or USD $100.
5. Privacy & termination
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information. We may suspend or end access for violations or to protect the service. You may stop using our services at any time.
6. Changes
We may update these Terms. The version date on this page will change when we do. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
