Privacy Policy

Effective date: June 20, 2026 · CalnFlow LLC

SnapClap is an iOS app published by CalnFlow LLC. This Privacy Policy describes how SnapClap handles information when you use the app. SnapClap does not collect, transmit, store, or sell personal information.

Information We Collect

SnapClap does not collect, transmit, store, or sell personal information.

SnapClap does not require an account, login, or profile. We do not ask for your name, email address, phone number, or other identifying information to use the app.

SnapClap does not use analytics, advertising identifiers, or cross-app tracking. We do not build user profiles and we do not monitor how you use the app after installation.

For App Store privacy labeling purposes, SnapClap is designed as a "Data Not Collected" app: no data is collected that is linked to your identity.

Photos Access

SnapClap lets you select screenshots from your Photos library and convert them into a PDF.

Photos access is used only to read images you explicitly select through Apple's system photo picker. SnapClap does not access your full photo library in the background, does not scan your library automatically, and does not upload selected images to CalnFlow or any other server.

You remain in control of which images are selected. If you deny Photos access, you can still use SnapClap only to the extent permitted without that permission.

Data Storage

All screenshot-to-PDF processing happens entirely on your device. Generated PDFs are stored locally in the app's sandboxed storage on your iPhone until you share or delete them.

SnapClap does not sync your screenshots or PDFs to CalnFlow servers or third-party cloud services as part of normal app operation. When you share a PDF through the iOS share sheet, delivery is handled by the apps and services you choose — outside SnapClap's control.

Third-Party Services

SnapClap does not integrate third-party analytics, advertising networks, or social SDKs.

The app uses standard Apple system frameworks (including the Photos picker and share sheet) to perform on-device conversion and optional sharing you initiate. Apple may process certain device-level data under its own privacy policies when you use iOS system features.

SnapClap does not sell data and does not share personal information with third parties for marketing or profiling.

Children's Privacy

SnapClap is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Because SnapClap does not collect personal information from any user, no child-specific data is gathered by the app.

If you believe a child has provided personal information to us through another channel (such as email), contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page. Material changes will be reflected in the published policy at the URL below.

Continued use of SnapClap after an update means you accept the revised policy.
