Information We Collect

SnapLock adds one more intentional approval before important actions. Depending on features you enable, SnapLock may process account-binding identifiers (such as a Google account subject when you choose to connect Google), device enrollment tokens for approval delivery, and approval challenge receipts needed to complete a request you initiated.

SnapLock does not sell personal information. We do not use advertising identifiers or cross-app tracking for marketing.

Your SnapLock Pattern

Your SnapLock pattern is used to approve actions you choose to protect. Pattern material is handled as a security secret: it is not logged in plaintext, is not used for advertising, and is not shared with third parties for marketing.

Practice and entry of your pattern happen on your device as part of the approval experience.

Google Connection

When you choose to connect Google, SnapLock uses Google’s OAuth / OpenID Connect flow to bind your Google identity to your SnapLock approval settings. SnapLock does not replace Google authentication. It adds an additional intentional approval layer you control.

You can revoke the Google connection from within SnapLock when the product surface supports revocation.

Website

The snaplock.app website is a product page. It does not require an account to view. Standard server logs (such as IP address, user agent, and request path) may be processed by our hosting provider (Vercel) to operate and secure the site.

Children's Privacy

SnapLock is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page. Material changes will be reflected in the published policy at the URL below.

Continued use of SnapLock after an update means you accept the revised policy.
