Growth Coordinator

Move SnapTest forward.

Help SnapTest get its next customer. Find fast-moving software companies, identify the people who run them, start relevant conversations, turn product work into proof, and keep opportunities moving.

What you help us do

  • Find fast-moving software companies.
  • Identify the founders, leaders, and people who actually run them.
  • Research accounts.
  • Start relevant conversations.
  • Follow up consistently.
  • Create useful SnapTest content.
  • Turn product activity and SnapTest sweeps into external proof.
  • Get interested people into conversations and demos.
  • Help opportunities continue moving instead of disappearing.
  • Learn what is working and repeat it.

The daily question is: what can I do right now to move SnapTest toward its next customer?

SnapTest

SnapTest is the product we are growing.

SnapTest is a B2B software product for teams building software quickly that need a faster way to review what has been built and get everyone onto the same page.

You work inside CalnFlow

You work inside CalnFlow. SnapTest is the primary B2B growth focus. From time to time, you may help with other CalnFlow products, launches, testing, content, or opportunities — but they are not the center of this role.

Tools that help

SnapTest is what we are growing. These CalnFlow tools are available to help.

  • Market Maps — Navigate into companies and identify accounts worth exploring.
  • Maybemail — Help find or test a plausible way of reaching someone when contact information is uncertain.
  • SnapClap — Capture short pieces of sales or growth work.
  • SnapWins — Preserve that work and help surface possible next actions.

Turn product work into marketing

CalnFlow can remain the company social identity. Use content to help SnapTest become understood, trusted, discussed, and sold.

Take something happening internally — a sweep, a build, an observation, a customer problem, a founder explanation, a tester video, a release, a before/after comparison — and turn it into something externally useful.

Do not create content simply because we need to post. Product activity should create marketing material. Marketing material should create conversations. Conversations should create opportunities.

Product testing

Some Growth Coordinators also participate in product testing. Required testing and sweep work should still be completed when assigned. After required product work, return to the primary mission: move SnapTest forward.

Paid time + commission upside

Growth Coordinators may be paid for their working hours. Required work is paid. Commission does not replace normal compensation.

Qualified opportunities the person originates or materially advances may generate commission according to the applicable CalnFlow commission plan. Commission rewards outcomes and follow-through — not invented activity quotas.

Useful movement

We do not want 100 emails a day, arbitrary call quotas, meaningless LinkedIn activity, or invented KPIs that reward looking busy. We want useful movement. The person should increasingly develop judgment about what the next useful action is.

How the work works

Find → Engage → Create → Convert → Learn → Repeat

  1. FIND

Find software companies that appear to be building and shipping quickly. Find the founders, executives, product leaders, engineering leaders, or other people who can understand the problem SnapTest solves.

  2. ENGAGE

Research them. Follow them. Comment thoughtfully where appropriate. Email or message when there is a legitimate reason to. Reconnect and follow up. Find ways into real conversations rather than generating meaningless outreach volume.

  3. CREATE

Turn what we are already doing into useful marketing: SnapTest sweeps, product footage, before/after examples, build and release activity, customer problems, founder explanations, screenshots, tester recordings, AI-assisted graphics, short videos, and LinkedIn posts. Content should help somebody understand SnapTest or create the next conversation.

  4. CONVERT

The objective is not likes or activity for its own sake. Help interested people take the next step: Post → Interest → Conversation → Demo → Follow-up → Customer. Schedule demos and founder conversations when appropriate. Help prepare for them. Follow up afterward. Keep promising opportunities moving.

  5. LEARN

Record what happened. Notice what gets responses. Notice which companies understand SnapTest quickly. Notice what content creates conversations. Choose the next useful action and repeat.

Working philosophy

We care about productive moments more than performative hours.

We look internally first.

Start a conversation

If this sounds like useful work, raise your hand. Lightweight on purpose. Just enough for a real conversation.
